From Florence, in the heart of Italian artisanal tradition, our products are shipped worldwide with DHL Express, ensuring speed, traceability, and safety in every delivery.
Order Processing and Delivery Times
Each Signum Firenze order is prepared with the utmost care.
Please note that the delivery times indicated below refer exclusively to shipping, starting from the moment your order has been processed.
For products made to order or temporarily unavailable in stock, additional days may be required for production or preparation before shipment.
Once your parcel has been handed over to the courier, the average DHL Express delivery times are as follows:

Italy: 1–2 business days

Europe: 2–4 business days
- Rest of the world: 3–6 business days
You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping for orders over:

€150 in Italy
-
€250 in Europe
- €350 in the rest of the world
For orders below these amounts, shipping costs will be automatically calculated at checkout.
Customs Duties and Import Taxes
For shipments outside the European Union, any customs duties, local taxes, or import fees are not included in the price shown at checkout.
These charges, which vary depending on the destination country, are the responsibility of the recipient and will be communicated directly by DHL upon arrival of the shipment in the destination country.
In case of non-payment of customs fees and subsequent return of the parcel to the sender, all shipping, return, and customs costs incurred will be charged to the buyer.
The corresponding amount will be withheld or deducted from any refund, if applicable.
Shipping Restrictions
We ship worldwide, with the exception of countries where shipping is currently not possible due to restrictions or geopolitical situations (for example, Russia and other regions temporarily suspended by DHL service).
